Koran memorisation contest opens Wednesday

AMMAN — The 23rd International Hashemite Koran Memorisation and Interpretation Contest for boys will open on Wednesday at the King Abdullah I Mosque’s Islamic Cultural Centre with the participation of 27 Arab and foreign countries.

The Awqaf Ministry will organise a ceremony next Monday to distribute awards to the winners.
