King visits army headquarters

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), visited army headquarters on Tuesday.

The King was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben, HRH Prince Feisal and senior army officers.

His Majesty discussed several issues concerning the army with Zaben.

The King also viewed military machinery enhanced by the Royal Maintenance Corps to serve different purposes at JAF, according to a Royal Court statement.
