King, in phone call, checks on Kuwait emir’s health

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Monday, checked on the health of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

King Abdullah wished Sheikh Nawaf continued good health and well-being, wishing Kuwait and its people further prosperity, and underlining the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and peoples, according to a Royal Court statement.

Discussions in the phone call also covered the efforts to reach political solutions to regional crises, and the two leaders agreed to maintain close coordination and consultation on issues of mutual concern.
