AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah participated in the annual Sun Valley economic forum in Idaho, United States.

The forum, which addresses key global political developments and the resulting economic challenges, is being held with the participation of leading international and US political, economic, and media figures, according to a Royal Court statement.

His Majesty on Wednesday held several meetings on the sidelines of the forum with senior executives and representatives of major international companies operating in various sectors, including engineering and technology, artificial intelligence, investment, entrepreneurship, healthcare, chemicals, and mining.

The meetings focused on investment opportunities in priority sectors, and the potential for establishing strategic partnerships and cooperation opportunities between Jordan and these institutions.

Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh also attended the meetings.
