King meets heads of Senate permanent committees

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday met at Al Husseiniya Palace with heads of the Senate’s permanent committees.

The meeting, attended by HRH Crown Prince Hussein, covered various local, regional, and international issues, a Royal Court statement said.

Senate President Faisal Fayez and heads of the Senate’s permanent committees spoke about Senators’ outreach visits to the governorates to communicate with citizens, stressing Jordanians’ support for His Majesty’s leadership and positions.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh attended the meeting.
