King greets Australian governor, Indian president on national days

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday sent cables to Governor General of Australia Peter Cosgrove and President of India Ram Nath Kovind greeting the Australian governor on his country’s national day, and congratulating the Indian president on his country's Republic Day, according to a Royal Court statement.

In the cable, His Majesty extended his best wishes to the two heads of state and wished their people further progress and prosperity.
