King departs for France to address European Parliament

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday departed on a working visit to the French city of Strasbourg, a Royal Court statement said.

On Tuesday, His Majesty will deliver an address before the European Parliament. The King will also hold a meeting with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola.

HRH Crown Prince Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
