King congratulates Iraq on successful elections

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah sent cables to Iraq President Barham Salih and Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi, congratulating them on the successful parliamentary elections.

King Abdullah wished the newly elected lawmakers success, and the Iraqi people further prosperity and progress, according to a Royal Court statement.
