King congratulates Bulgaria PM-elect on party win

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, during a phone call on Monday, congratulated Bulgaria Prime Minister-elect Rumen Radev on his party’s win in the parliamentary elections.

His Majesty highlighted the deep-rooted ties between Jordan and Bulgaria, noting the importance of sustaining cooperation in areas of mutual interest, according to a Royal Court statement.

The call also touched on current regional developments, as well as international efforts to maintain the ceasefire in the region.
