King condoles Putin over plane crash loss of life

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday sent a cable of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin, expressing his sorrow over the casualties of a crash landing accident at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

More than 40 people were killed in the accident, reports said. In the cable, King Abdullah expressed his deepest sympathies to the Russian president, the victim’s families and the people of Russia and sent wishes of a speedy recovery to those injured.
