AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), attended a military exercise conducted on Tuesday by the Royal Guard Command personnel at the Royal Guards Training School.
The King was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and the Royal Guard commander, who provided a briefing on the drill, according to a Royal Court statement.
The military drill included various exercises, such as sharp shooting, self-defence and tug of war.
His Majesty commended the personnel’s readiness and high morale, the statement said.
