AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah accepted the credentials of a number of new ambassadors to Jordan on Monday.

His Majesty accepted the credentials of ambassadors Jacob Prado González of Mexico, James Ngango of Rwanda, and Nor Huda Ahmad of Brunei Darussalam, according to a Royal Court statement.

The King also accepted the credentials of non-resident ambassador Nodirjon Turgunov of Uzbekistan.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony, which was held at Basman Palace, the statement said.
