KHCF Media Award invites entries

AMMAN — In the presence of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Centre (KHCC), the KHCF on Wednesday launched the 2021 KHCF Media Award in the fields of covering the early detection of breast cancer and tobacco control.

The KHCF said that it started receiving entries for the award from Wednesday on its website www.ja.khcf.jo. Entries can be submitted until December 1, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The award includes seven categories in media and aims to increase awareness of tobacco control and the early detection of breast cancer. The award seeks to encourage journalists to offer creative works that contribute to effecting positive impact in society.
