Khawaldeh highlights project to enhance public sector performance

AMMAN – Minister of Public Sector Development Khleef Al Khawaldeh on Tuesday held separate meetings with Environment Minister Taher Shakhshir and Chief Islamic Justice Ahmad Hilayel to discuss the implementation of a ministry project to match human resources with the duties of government departments.

According to a ministry statement, Khawaldeh said a team of experts will study the human resources of the Environment Ministry to assess their relevance to the ministry’s duties.

Last month, the ministry issued two reports on the status of human resources at the ministries of transport and tourism.

The project to match human resources with the duties of government departments is part of a 2014-2016 executive plan to enhance public sector performance.
