Khasawneh sworn in as chief Islamic justice

AMMAN — Sheikh Abdul Karim Khasawneh on Wednesday took the oath of office before Prime Minister Hani Mulki as the chief Islamic justice, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. A Royal Decree was issued on Sunday, endorsing the Cabinet decision to appoint Khasawneh.
