KARAK — A march was held on Friday in solidarity with captured Jordanian pilot Muath Kasasbeh.
Family members of the pilot, members of Kasasbeh tribe and activists from Karak popular movements took part in the march, held in the pilot’s hometown of Ai.
Participants stressed their support for the efforts exerted by His Majesty King Abdullah and the government to secure the pilot’s release.
Kasasbeh was captured by the so-called Islamic State group, which controls lands in Iraq and Syria, on December 24, 2014 after his F-16 crashed in Raqqa, Syria.
