The KAFD’s programmes and initiatives director, Mohammed Hamoud, said that this year’s first group, including 25 youths with the necessary skills and abilities, have been trained as facilitators of the integrated training guide prepared by the fund to combat extremist ideology on social media platforms.

The KAFD in 2017 launched the project aimed at enhancing the ideological and cognitive awareness of youths to combat extremist ideologies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The KAFD was established under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah to help implement the King’s holistic vision of sustainable development through productive projects that improve socioeconomic circumstances of citizens.
