JTB, ATTA to host AdventureNEXT conference in October

AMMAN — The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) and the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) will host the AdventureNEXT Near East conference, scheduled between October 12 and 14.

Hosting the conference, which is regarded as the most prominent regional event in adventure tourism, for three consecutive years, helped attract $ 17 million worth of tourism businesses to Jordan, said the JTB Director-General, Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat.

Shannon Stowell, CEO of the ATTA, expressed excitement to see Jordan's strong mixture of culture and nature, sharing the experience with travellers, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
