JRTV names Drama Studio after late Jordanian actor Yasser Masri

AMMAN — The Jordan Radio and Television Corporation (JRTV) announced on Monday, the renaming of the Drama Studio after the late Jordanian actor Yasser Masri, who passed away in a car accident on Thursday evening.
The Minister of Culture Basmah Nsour also announced on Sunday the renaming of the Jordan Theatre Library in commemoration of the beloved deceased.
Born in 1970, Masri’s contributions to the Arab and Jordanian television scene varied from starring in the Jordanian drama “Nemer Ben Edwan” to playing Gamal Abdel Nasser in the Egyptian series "Al Gamaa".
