AMMAN — Jordan's Ambassador to Baghdad Montaser Al Zou’bi, on Thursday stressed the importance of implementing the decisions of the Jordanian-Iraqi-Egyptian Joint Coordination Council and promoting cooperation mechanisms.
During a meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Planning Mohammad Tamim, the ambassador discussed various issues of common interest in the fields of economy, trade and investment.
In a statement, reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the ministry said that Zou’bi stressed the importance of enhanced cooperation between Jordan and Iraq to serve the best interests of both nations and their peoples.
