'Jordanians stand united behind Hashemite Custodianship'

AMMAN — Head of the Lower House’s Foreign Affairs Committee MP Nidal Taani on Wednesday reiterated that Jordanians stand united behind Hashemites Custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy places in Jerusalem.

Taani met with the Ambassador of Ireland Vincent O’Neill on Wednesday and affirmed that Jordan supports the two-state solution which corresponds with the decision of international legitimacy and Arab Peace Initiative.

He also called for enhancing the bilateral relations especially in parliament and economic fields.
