AMMAN — A number of Jordanians, including popular activists and officials, as well as heads and members of organisations and foreign missions on Saturday visited the residence of the UAE Ambassador to Amman to offer condolences over the passing of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The attendees expressed deep sympathies over the death of Sheikh Khalifa, recalling his wisdom, as well as his noble and humanitarian stances in service of the Arab and Islamic nations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The UAE Embassy in Amman has opened a condolence book for a week at the residence of the ambassador at Amman’s Abdoun neighbourhood for the members of the public.
