AMMAN — Moroccan Ambassador to Jordan Hassan Abdul Khaleq on Monday described Jordanian-Moroccan relations as strong and historic, under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah and King Mohammed VI.
Abdul Khaleq was speaking at a press conference marking the 16th anniversary of Mohammad VI’s accession to the throne, celebrated on July 30. The ambassador said bilateral ties are based on a mutual understanding of national issues.
The ambassador said King Abdullah’s business visit last March, upon an invitation from the Moroccan king, brought a new chance to further deepen the strong relations between the two countries.
