AMMAN — The Jordanian field hospital Gaza/74 on Tuesday opened its doors to Gazans in need of medical services. Hospital Commander Col. Samir Qaderi said that the field hospital will continue its humanitarian, medical and service-oriented mission that was initiated by Jordan in 2009.
The director noted that the hospital has a wide range of medical specialties, in addition to an emergency department that operates 24/7, a laboratory, a radiology department, a daily and monthly pharmacy and a physical therapy unit, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Meanwhile, residents of the Gaza Strip expressed their gratitude for Jordan’s stance towards the Palestinian people, according to Petra.
