Jordanian ambassador presents credentials to ASEAN

AMMAN — Jordanian Ambassador to Indonesia Abdullah Abu Rumman on Tuesday presented his credentials to Secretary General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Dato Lim Jock Hoi, as ambassador to the association.

During the ceremony, Abu Rumman highlighted Jordan’s commitment to developing relations with the ASEAN in various fields, noting its role regionally and globally.

The ASEAN secretary general praised the role of His Majesty King Abdullah and expressed his keenness on developing bilateral relations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
