Jordan, US discuss military cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Wednesday received Director of the US Defence Intelligence Agency Lt. Gen. Vincent R. Stewart and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, attended by HRH Prince Feisal, Freihat and Stewart discussed the latest regional and international developments, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Also on Wednesday, Freihat met with the Commander of the US Marine Corps Forces Central Command, Lt. Gen. William Beydler, and discussed military cooperation. Prince Feisal attended the meeting.
