Jordan to take part in Expo 2023, Doha

AMMAN — Jordan is scheduled to take part in Expo 2023 Doha, which will open from October 2, 2023 through March 28, 2024. During a signing ceremony for Jordan’s expo participation agreement, Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Supply Dana Alzoubi expressed the Kingdom’s support for all innovations to reduce desertification and enhance sustainability, the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.

Horticultural Expo 2023 in Doha, Qatar, will be the first international horticultural exhibition to be held in the Middle East and North Africa region.

The expo has adopted the theme of “Green Desert, Better Environment”, which aims to inspire and inform people about innovative solutions to mitigate and reduce desertification, according to their website.
