Jordan, Rwanda army chiefs attend graduation ceremony

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and Rwandan Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Jean Bosco Kazura on Thursday attended the graduation ceremony of the second batch of Rwandan cadets.

During the ceremony, held at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Centre (KASOTC), the gathering was briefed on the main learning experiences of the five-week course, involving training on anti-terrorism skills and special operations, among others, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Kazura expressed appreciation of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), lauding the advanced and modern training techniques that enabled the trainees to gain high efficiency and professionalism.

Kazura also stressed keenness to maintain and advance cooperation, joint action and expertise exchange in the military fields between the two friendly countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
