Jordan receives new batch of Sinopharm COVID vaccine

AMMAN — Health Minister Feras Al Hawari on Sunday said that the Kingdom is moving towards meeting the goal of vaccinating 70 per cent of the citizens. During his meeting with the China’s Ambassador to Jordan Chen Chuandong and receiving a new batch of Sinopharm COVID vaccine, a donation from China, Hawari highlighted the efforts towards ensuring vaccination for citizens and residents, alike, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The Chinese diplomat expressed his country’s support for Jordan amid the pandemic.
