AMMAN — Higher Education Minister Walid Maani and Ahmad Kawwari, director general of the anti-narcotics department in Qatar, on Saturday discussed means of increasing the number of Qatari students at Jordanian universities.
Maani referred to some problems facing Qatari students in Jordan, expressing the ministry’s readiness to facilitate procedures for Qatari students to register in various academic programmes in the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Kawwari, for his part, referred to the increasing trend for his country’s students enrolling at Jordanian universities due to their “quality education” and the Kingdom’s stability and security.
