Jordan participates in regional World Bank, IMF meeting

AMMAN — Jordan has participated in the Middle East and North Africa Chapter of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which took place in Tunis on Thursday and Friday.
Senator Mohammad Jawad Hadid, representing Jordan, underlined the importance of exchanging expertise among parliamentarians from countries undertaking reform programmes sponsored by the World Bank or the IMF.
Hadid told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that Jordan has “successfully” implemented an economic reform programme, expressing the Kingdom’s aspiration to benefit from relevant expertise.
