Jordan looks forward to prospective Qatari investments — Khasawneh

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawneh on Monday received the Chief of Asia-Pacific and Africa Investments at the Qatar Investment Authority Sheikh Faisal Al Thani and an accompanying delegation, over means to discuss prospective investment in various sectors.

Khasawneh acquainted the Qatari delegation with efforts exerted by the government to support the business environment in the Kingdom, stressing that Jordan is looking forward to more Qatari investments in various sectors and projects, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Sheikh Al Thani said that his visit to Jordan aims to explore new investments in several major companies and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, in addition to expanding existing projects in the Kingdom.
