AMMAN — The Ministry of Interior on Monday announced that Vietnamese citizens are now allowed to enter Jordan without prior approval, effective immediately.
The decision follows previous measures easing entry requirements for nationals of several countries, the ministry said in a statement.
Under the new regulations, Vietnamese visitors can obtain entry visas either through Jordan’s electronic visa platform or upon arrival at border crossings.
The ministry added that the move aims to boost tourism by facilitating travel for Vietnamese tourists and to attract investment by encouraging Vietnamese businesspeople, as Vietnam continues to experience strong economic growth.
