The event is part of the activities of the 11th Jordan Gaming Summit for 2022, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The conference is an opportunity for Jordanian youth and game developers to have a first-hand look at the latest advancements in this field, as well as to enhance the Kingdom's role as a regional hub for this sector, KAFD Director Saeb Al Hasan said on Wednesday.

The event will host global companies specialised in developing mobile video games and a number of speakers to talk about the latest developments in game development, as well as the mechanisms to promote games and generate revenue.

This year's conference, which is expected to bring some 500 participants, focuses on e-sports and how video games have become one of the global sports, Petra reported.
