AMMAN — The Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank will provide specialised training to government employees on excellence in customer service, under an agreement signed with the Public Sector Development Ministry on Wednesday.
The programmes target 200 government employees working at customer service centres and public service offices, according to a ministry statement.
Public Sector Development Minister Yasera Ghosheh said that under the first phase of the agreement, qualified trainers will provide eight training programmes focusing on maintaining the confidentiality of visitors to government institutions and how to deal with their complaints.
