AMMAN — Jordan on Wednesday denounced the terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in Al Jalam area in Salah Al Din Governorate in Iraq, which resulted in several deaths and injuries among Iraqi security personnel.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Haitham Abul Foul stressed the Kingdom’s condemnation of this “heinous” terrorist attack, renewing Jordan’s full solidarity with Iraq, according to a ministry statement.
The spokesperson also expressed condolences to the Iraqi government and people and the victims’ families, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
