AMMAN — Minister of Health Feras Hawari and Ambassador of the Czech Republic Alexandr Sporys on Tuesday discussed a range of issues, most notably health sector cooperation between the two nations.
Highlighting the deep bilateral ties, Hawari expressed appreciation for the Czech Republic's support for the Kingdom in the field of healthcare.
He also highlighted the role of the Jordanian health sector in providing health services to all citizens and residents, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The healthcare partnership between Jordan and the Czech Republic dates back to 1986, when they signed their first knowledge exchange and medical education cooperation agreement.
