Jordan condemns terror attacks in Afghanistan, Somalia

AMMAN — Jordan on Thursday condemned three successive blasts that hit Afghanistan's capital, Kabul, killing and wounding dozens of people. The Foreign Ministry also denounced an explosion that targeted the Mogadishu’s municipality headquarters in Somalia.
The explosion killed and injured dozens of innocent people, according to a ministry statement. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Sufian Qudah reiterated Jordan’s support for Afghanistan and Somalia in the face of terrorism, according to a ministry statement. Qudah expressed his condolences over the lives lost and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
He reiterated the Kingdom’s firm stance against all forms of violence and terrorism, which have no regard for religion or race.
