AMMAN — Jordan on Sunday condemned the "racist and provocative" remarks made by an Israeli minister, who called for dropping nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip. These remarks are regarded as call for genocide and hate crime, a Foreign Ministry statement said. Sufian Al Qudah, the ministry's spokesperson, stressed that such statements violate international law and humanitarian law, and constitute an escalation, urging the international community to pressure Israel, as the occupying power, to halt its ongoing aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
