AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Thursday announced a holiday on June 9 for all ministries and public institutions on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of His Majesty King Abdullah’s coronation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The anniversary serves as a reminder to Jordanians of His Majesty’s accomplishments and the progress made during his reign. It stresses the importance of continuing with the Kingdom’s trajectory towards a brighter future.
Some of the ministries and public departments are excluded from the announcement due to the nature of their work.
