Jordan’s ambassador to Canada presents credentials

AMMAN — Jordan’s Ambassador to Canada Rima Alaa Al Deen, on Thursday presented her credentials to the Governor General of Canada David Johnston, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Rima expressed Jordan’s keenness for further cultural and economic cooperation between the two countries.
For his part, Johnston highlighted the strength of bilateral relations and said that Canada “values Jordan highly”. He stressed His Majesty King Abdullah’s key role in finding peaceful solutions to regional issues and providing safety and protection to Syrian refugees, among other.
