Jordan’s ambassador to Australia presents credentials

AMMAN — Ali Kreishan on Wednesday presented his credentials to Australia Governor-General Peter Cosgrove, as the Kingdom’s extraordinary and plenipotentiary envoy in Canberra.

Kreishan conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah to Cosgrove and his wishes for further progress and prosperity to the people of Australia.

The governor-general expressed pride in the level of bilateral ties and voiced his keenness to further boost cooperation in various fields.

He also commended Jordan’s efforts in promoting global peace and security, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
