JOPAC takes part in int'l packaging, trade fair in Germany

AMMAN — The National Centre for Packaging (JOPAC) has participated in an International Organisation for Packaging (WPO) meeting at Interpack 2023, an international packaging and trade fair held in Dusseldorf, Germany, May 4-10.

JOPAC's participation aimed at getting acquainted with the latest technologies in packaging to transfer the expertise to the centre, which was established in 2016 as a technical wing for the Jordan chambers of industry, JOPAC Chairman Issa Abdelhadi said in a statement.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Abdelhadi met with several representatives from Arab, Asian and European countries to boost cooperation with JOPAC's counterparts.
