JOIF holds corporate risk management regional training programme

AMMAN — Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Insurance Federation (JOIF) Ali Al Wazni on Sunday inaugurated the “Corporate Risk Management” training programme.

Organised by JOIF at its headquarters, the three-day programme includes a number of managers and heads of risk management departments in insurance companies, major financial and economic institutions, and other interested parties in relevant institutions in Jordan and the Arab world.

The programme seeks to familiarise participants with the principles and techniques of corporate risk management and ways to apply them, as well as the responsibilities and roles of risk management, risk assessment, operational risk, risk culture, risk aversion, business continuity plans, business impact analysis and the skills required for employees in the field of risk management.
