JMC issues e-passes for journalists, says permits invalid during 24-hour curfew

AMMAN — The Jordan Media Commission (JMC) on Thursday announced that media personnel’s curfew e-passes have been activated.
The e-permits are valid when the 24-hour curfew on Friday ends. Reiterating that the permits are invalid during the 24-hour curfew, the commission said that enquiries about them can be made through the number 94444,noting that “the door is open” to receiving more applications to obtain permits, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The commission said that permits and enquiries are restricted to those whose organisations put their names on the lists of permits.
