JFDZG extends investment stimulus offer until March 2022

AMMAN — The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) on Monday announced the extension of the investment stimulus offer until March 2022, calling on investors to benefit from the investment opportunities in the Dead Sea Development Zone (DSDZ).

JFDZG Chairman Khalaf Hmeisat said that the group facilitates investments to develop land inside the DSDZ in the hotel and commercial sectors, such as extending the stimulus offer of lowering annual rents by up to 50 per cent, according to a JFDZG statement.

He noted that the area of land included in the offer ranges between one dunum and 50 dunums to develop various tourist projects, adding that the offer includes land for rent but excludes land for sale.
