AMMAN — The Jordan Armed Forces Arab Army (JAF) Band delivered an "outstanding" musical performance for Jordanian fans supporting the national football team in San Francisco, USA, as part of the promotional events accompanying the 2026 World Cup.

The event featured a "patriotic" atmosphere that reflected pride in the "Nashama's" historic achievement and qualification for the global tournament, according to a JAF statement.

The performance drew a large crowd of the Jordanian expatriate community and national team supporters, who waved Jordanian flags and chanted patriotic anthems.

The military band performed a selection of national, traditional, and military pieces showcasing Jordan's cultural identity.

This participation aligns with the JAF's ongoing efforts to support national events, represent the Kingdom in international arenas, and boost Jordan's cultural and sports presence, while strengthening ties with the expatriate community.

The JAF Band also took part in the " House of Jordan 2026" events held in San Jose, California.

The activities were organised with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), in cooperation with the Nashama Fans Association in the United States and several partners, running alongside the national team's World Cup matches.

The Ministry of Tourism and the JTB commended the efforts of all participants, noting that the military band's performance embodied Jordan's national identity and the rich heritage of the Arab Army through musical displays.

These events bolster pride and belonging among Jordanian and Arab expatriates, while promoting Jordan's cultural image and showcasing the Kingdom as a premier tourist and cultural destination to a global audience.
