Jabal Hussein fire leaves 6 injured

AMMAN — Six people were taken to hospital after a fire erupted in a pastry shop in Amman’s JabalAl Hussein , according to the Public Security Directorate’s spokesperson.

The spokesperson said that the Civil Defence Department's firefighters and paramedics rushed to the scene, noting that the injured suffered fromshortness of breath and burns on their bodies.

The spokesperson added that the fire was caused by a gas leak, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
