AMMAN — International Women’s Forum (IWF) Jordan organised a workshop over Saturday and Sunday led by businesswoman Karyl Innis to train women to break through the “barriers” preventing them from succeeding at the highest corporate levels, a statement from the organisers said. The two-day workshop titled “The New Brand: You” saw the participation of women from Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon and Kuwait.
“We felt it was really important to provide this opportunity to our members, to be able to brand and rebrand themselves. Karyl is well known for helping executives around the world reinvent their personal brands in ways that accelerate their careers,” the statement quoted Luma Kawar, IWF Jordan President, as saying.
The workshop was held at the Landmark Hotel in cooperation with Canada’s Global Affairs. Established in 2003 under the leadership of Her Majesty Queen Rania, IWF Jordan seeks to provide a platform for high achieving women to network and share experiences.
