Issawi inaugurates sports complex opened by Royal directives

AMMAN — Royal Court Secretary General Yousef Issawi on Thursday inaugurated the sports complex affiliated with the Shabab Al Hussein Sports Club in Amman’s Salhiyet Al Abed.

The complex was established upon Royal directives, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Issawi said that Royal initiatives have contributed to establishing more than 60 youth centres and sports clubs, and more than 40 sports fields, which annually benefit 45,000 young people.

Public Housing Minister Sami Halaseh said the complex was designed in line with international standards that conform to FIFA’s requirements, and will benefit the local community by providing more jobs.
